We were married at St. Giles Church in Ashtead and it was a lovely day, we both really enjoyed ourselves. The reception was held at W.S Atkins in Epsom (I was working there at the time) which had lovely grounds, and the atmosphere, music and food were perfect. It was a lively affair which may have been inevitable as the majority of the Fire Brigade were there! At the end of the night John didn’t want the party to finish… it was difficult to drag him away, but Tom was driving us to a hotel near the airport as we were flying to Ibiza the next day.
